We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time.

By way of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking emergency parole by directly approaching this Court. Learned A.P.P. as directed by us, on instructions, from the jail authorities submits that one of the relatives of the petitioner convict has now approached the Central Prison, Nashik and going to file application seeking emergency parole leave.

The petitioner is seeking emergency parole leave to attend the Dashkriya Vidhi of his mother. Upon filing said application by the said relative before the jail authorities at Nashik, we expect and hope from the jail authorities to decide the said application in expeditious manner.
