Heard learned counsel for appearing parties. 2.

Against order passed in appeal by the additional divisional Commissioner, present writ petition has been filed in

2 Writ Petition No. 1951/2019 respect of orders passed under Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. Having regard to the same, as it would emerge on submissions, an alternate remedy by way of revision may be possible. 3.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is not being entertained.

It is open for the petitioner to prosecute alternate remedy as would be available in law. The situation in respect of dispute be maintained as on the date, for a period of four weeks. 5.

If question of delay arises, period of pendency of this petition shall receive its due.

Writ petition is disposed of.
