Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Shelke, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and 2, who appears by waiving notice on their behalf and Shri U.B. Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent No.11. On going through the impugned orders, particularly the order of the learned District Judge, I find no patent illegality or arbitrariness. The view taken by the learned District Judge, at this stage of the election process, cannot be upset. Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner may resort to appropriate remedy at appropriate stage.
