By the first Civil Application No.2584/2021, three

*2* 906ca2584a2746o21 applicants pray for intervention in the Writ Petition. The contention is that the decision in the writ petition would seriously affect them.

The second Civil Application No.2746/2021 is filed by the petitioner seeking leave to amend the petition and place on record, certain documents which have been recently received by the petitioner. Leave to add one respondent is also put forth. 3.

The learned advocates representing the respective parties are united in praying that both these Civil Applications be allowed.

In view of the above, both the Civil Applications are allowed as under :- (a) Three applicants in the first Civil Application shall be arrayed as respondent Nos.12 to 14 in the petition. (b) The proposed respondent mentioned in prayer clause B in the second Civil Application, be arrayed as respondent No.15 in the petition.

(c) Amendment be carried out forthwith.

In Writ Petition No.1137/2021, notice be issued to the added respondents. Shri Salunke, learned advocate, waives

Affidavit in reply to the amended petition be filed with proper pagination, on or before 20.09.2021. 7.

List Writ Petition on 23.09.2021. Ad-interim relief granted earlier would continue.
