It would be open for the petitioner to approach the District/Sub Divisional Level Committee constituted under the Circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner on 13.02.2015. If the petitioner approaches the said Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the said Committee shall examine the matter and issue appropriate directions, if deemed necessary, within four months from the date of receipt of the application/representation.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
