Though respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are served none appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has given representation on 25.4.2014 and 15.5.2014 so also reminder on 13.11.2014, requesting to transfer the petitioner. However, no cognizance has been taken of the said representation.

In case the representation filed by the petitioner is pending with the respondent No.1 regarding transfer then respondent No.1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months. The petitioner shall serve copy of this order to respondent No.1. Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
