This application is for condonation of delay of 6196 days caused in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application and since

(2) 6ca4797.24 the appeal is by the original claimants, this court is inclined to allow the application with certain conditions. Hence, following order:-

ORDER

a] The application stands allowed subject to cost of Rs.6000/- to be paid to the Library of Advocate Bar Association, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad.

b] Delay stands condoned.

c] The applicants will not be entitled to receive any interest for delayed period.
