After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application. However, learned counsel for the applicant prays for directions to the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously. 2.

Considering the background of the case and that the offence was committed in the year 2018, the trial can be expedited. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed to be withdrawn conditionally and is disposed of.

(ii) The trial is expedited.
