Civil Application No.1811 of 2025 is filed for direction to appellant - acquiring body to bring on record the present applicants being the legal representatives of original respondent No.1 - Narayan Krishna Dhone, who admittedly died on 06/12/2024. In view of the same, Civil Application No.1811 of 2025 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and the appellant - acquiring body is directed to bring the applicants on record.
