Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are agriculturists and due to some financial difficulties they could not prefer appeal within prescribed period of limitation. 2.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the applicants may be directed to furnish undertaking to the effect that the applicants would not claim any interest, in case they succeed in the appeal, for the period of which delay is sought to be condoned.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" on condition that the applicants shall furnish an undertaking within four weeks from today in this Court, to the effect
