ORDER

a] The application stands allowed subject to cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid to the Library of Advocate Bar Association, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad.

b] Delay stands condoned.

c] The applicants will not be entitled to receive any interest for delayed period.
