O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) 1.

The appellant-original claimant mother of deceased has filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation. The appellant with her counsel and officer of Insurance Company with counsel of Company are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

Appellant and respondent- Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for the identification. The respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay compensation of Rs. 4,50,000/- to the appellant in addition to compensation already awarded by the tribunal towards full and final settlement of claim, inclusive interest and cost. Learned counsel for the respondent has agreed to deposit amount of Rs.4,50,000/- enhanced compensation as per

fa2089.16 -2the modified award within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of modified award as per terms of compromise in M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellant. 5.
