We have heard Mr. Mukhedkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner for postal D.Ed. was rejected and the same is illegal. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner is already terminated from service. As the petitioner is already terminated, there is question of petitioner availing benefit of postal D.Ed. In the light of that, Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
