This application is filed for setting aside order dated 7th November, 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). By the said order, conditional time was granted to remove office objections. Objections are not removed within time, hence civil revision application stood dismissed. There is also prayer for condonation of delay in filing the present application. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants state that all the objections are now removed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b', which reads thus : - 1/2

- The order dated 07.11.2019, passed by the Registrar of this Hon'ble High Court dismissing the Civil Revision Application St. No. 30852/2019 for non-removal of office objections may please be quashed and set aside by condoning the delay of 78 days caused in filing this Civil Application and the Civil Revision Application St. No. 30852/2019 may please be restored and heard on its own merits.

List the civil revision application for admission on 1st February, 2023.
