Learned advocates appearing for applicants submits that in connected matters arising out of same Award, this Court has permitted claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant out of which 50% amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount by furnishing solvent security. She submits that same course may be adopted in present matter.

Learned AGP do not dispute aforesaid position. 3.

In that view of the matter, applicants/original claimants are allowed to withdraw 75% of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Out of which, 50% amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% additional amount on furnishing solvent security.
