1] It is submitted that subsequently the Government has taken a decision on 21.10.2016 wherein repatriation is allowed.

2] Mr.U.B. Bondar, on instructions of the Education Officer, states that further steps would be taken by the Education Officer within one month. The said statement is accepted.

3] In view of above, contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
