After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the counsel for the parties who appeared before this Court, it emerges that this petition involves several disputed questions of facts which cannot be gone into at this stage and, therefore, this Writ Petition deserves to be rejected keeping all the disputed questions of facts as well as questions of law open, to be canvassed at appropriate proceedings at appropriate time.
