1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant. On instructions from the appellant - insurance company, he makes a statement that the amount in terms of award will be deposited within six weeks. The statement made is accepted. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to deposit of amount within six weeks in this Court in terms of award. On failure to deposit the amount within six weeks, the stay shall stand vacated and the application shall be treated as rejected.
