The applicant are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. The learned counsel for appellant acquiring body despite appearancne, remained absent. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants placed on record copy of order dated 26/04/2024 whereby this court in other connected matters, has granted 75% of the entire compensation alongwith the interest to the applicants therein. As such, the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the

2 910 ca 9991-24 proportionate interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. 4.

The remaining amount be kept in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal. 5.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. 6.
