Affidavit in-reply is filed on behalf of respondent No. 4, wherein it is stated that election process to Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Purna shall be completed before competition of extended period of the existing Managing Committee i.e. before 02-03-2017. Statement made is accepted.

Respondent - authority concerned shall complete the process of election to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Purna and install elected Managing Committee in the office before completion of extended period of the existing Managing Committee.

The Committee Administrator of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Purna, shall not take any major policy decision during extended period.

In view of the above, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
