The learned AGP for the respondents/State has objected for withdrawal of entire amount by the applicants since the appeal is pending against the award.

In such circumstances, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
