The licenses issued earlier to the promulgation of said Government Resolution dated 3.11.2007 are protected and the new licenses are to be issued to the Bachatgats etc. as detailed in the said Government Resolution. 3.

In view of that, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
