Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for respective respondents.

In pursuance to the notice issued to respondent no.4, he has filed affidavit in reply. It

No. 2095 of 2016 is stated in the affidavit in reply, that the petitioner submitted the proposal to respondent no.3 for inter-district transfer in the year 2011 and after considering the request of the petitioner, order was issued in favour of the petitioner on 20th May 2014, but at the relevant time, there was no vacant post of Assistant Teacher in Urdu medium available with respondent no.4. It is further stated that, at present, there are vacant posts of Assistant Teacher in Urdu medium with respondent no.4. If the petitioner fulfills the criteria / norms laid down by the Government, respondent no.4 is ready to consider his request.

In the light of the averments made in the affidavit in reply, the learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.4 submits that subject to following the procedure and in accordance with the seniority, petitioner's claim will be considered on or before 15th June 2016.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
