Mr.Kagne, learned A.G.P. on instructions of Respondent No.2 states that tomorrow the programme would be sent to the Respondent No.4 for approval and the election programme can be commenced from 20.3.2017 i.e. from the stage, where it had stopped.

Mr.Kadam, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that it would require about 10 days to start the election programme. The Respondent Nos.4 and 5 have 10 days time at their disposal.

Accepting the statement made of starting the election programme on or before 20.3.2017, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
