DATED : 4 th March, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] This is an application for grant of early hearing. 2] The petitioner, who is dismissed from service in the year 2000 is pursuing this Writ Petition, since his appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 is dismissed by the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal. Since the applicant/petitioner is out of service from 2000, he has made out a case for early hearing.
