This civil application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of petitioner/applicant viz. Kalyan Aananda Patil on record. This application has been filed within time. The petitioner/applicant viz. Kalyan Aananda Patil died on 01.11.2019 and his birth certificate is also annexed to this application. The other side has also not resisted this civil application.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. The civil application is accordingly disposed off.
