Mr.Syed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner was working as Pharmacist on adhoc basis. The petitioner is terminated without assigning any reasons. The petitioner ought to have been continued till the regularly selected candidate is appointed as per
2 W.P.No.2233/17 the order of this Court in W.P.No.975/2000.

Learned A.G.P. for Respondent submits that petitioner did not have any right to the post nor the petitioner had necessary experience of seven years as required. Even otherwise, the petitioner would attain the age of superannuation on 31.5.2017.

It is not disputed that the petitioner's appointment was purely adhoc and on contractual basis and that the petitioner is not entitled for any retiral/pensionary benefits. As it is petitioner would attain the age of superannuation on 31.5.2017, no purpose would be served by considering the case of the petitioner. 4.
The Writ Petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
