Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. Inspite of there being already a direction issued by this Court in PIL No.5/2020 on 13.01.2020, the petitioner is raking up the same issue, probably in the light of the supervening events that have happened in implementation and execution of the order passed in PIL No.5/2020. khs/Feb.2025/10

In our considered view, when this Court has already issued the directions while deciding the PIL No.5/2020, considering that it is merely a matter of seeking execution and implementation of those directions, that cannot happen by way of another PIL. 3.

The petition is disposed of. The amount deposited by the petitioner be refunded to him.

The Civil application stands disposed of.
