Heard learned counsels for the applicant/original claimant, respondents/State and learned counsel for respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for the applicants referring the reasons of delay in paragraph No.2 of the applications submitted that 77 days delay in all applications has been caused in filing the appeals by the applicants as the applicants have got knowledge about the order dated

( 2 ) 14.08.2013 under challenge on 30.09.2013 and therefore, the delay has been caused and the same is not intentional. If the delay is not condoned, the applicants would suffer irreparable loss.

Learned AGP and learned counsel for respondent No.3 opposed to grant the application.

Considering the reasons of delay referred earlier and the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, I find that the applicants have properly explained the delay and there is sufficient ground to condone the delay. Therefore, the applications are allowed and disposed of. Delay is condoned.

Appeals be registered.

On registering the appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.04.2019. Mr.M.A.Deshpande, AGP waives service of notice for the respondents/State in all appeals. Mr.Apparao Yenegure, Advocate waives service of notice for respondent No.3 in FAST Nos. 4119/2014 & 4109/2014.
