2] Learned counsel for the applicants files on record copies of the order passed in Civil Application No.7234 of 2014 and companion matters dated 19th September, 2014 and the modified order dated 16th October, 2015. The same are accepted on

2 31-ca2028-16.odt record and collectively marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. These orders would show that the order dated 19th September, 2014, on the basis of which this Court has passed order on 29th January, 2015 in Civil Application No.7228 of 2014 and other companion matters, was modified and permission was granted to furnish bank guarantee of a scheduled bank instead of furnishing bank guarantee of a nationalised bank.

3] In the circumstances, similar relaxation is granted in the present application also. In place of bank guarantee of a nationalised bank, bank guarantee of a scheduled bank is permitted.
