The petitioner will not be entitled for the benefit of our order if he is responsible for the delay in deciding the validation proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 19.08.2019. The committee shall decide the said proceedings within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Till the proceeding is decided the respondentemployer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the
