By filing present application, the applicants are praying for taking the names of legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2 on record.

The application is filed within the period of limitation and as such the application stands allowed. Accordingly, the following order is passed:

I) The legal heirs of deceased respondent No.2 as are mentioned in the application be taken on record.

II) Necessary amendment be carried out within four weeks.
