This matter was heard extensively on 15.03.2021 and today. 2.
There is a consensus between the petitioner Management and the respondent Employee vide which the Management is agreeable to pay lump-sum compensation of Rs.5,00,000/-, inclusive of Rs.1,30,000/- that has been deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 11.02.2021. This compensation amount would mean a comprehensive settlement between the parties in relation to all claims arising out of the employment and non employment of the respondent. 3.
The learned Advocate for the respondent specifically submits on instructions that the respondent is willing to accept the said amount in order to bring the litigation to an end. It is further stated that pursuant to this settlement, the respondent would not raise any claim
before any authority, tribunal or court with regard to any claim under any provisions of any Act, Statute, G.R./Circular. 4.
In view of above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:
(a) All the claims of the respondent arising out of his employment and non employment with the petitioner, shall stand satisfied with the payment of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs). (b) As the petitioner has deposited Rs.1,30,000/- in this Court, the further amount of Rs.3,70,000/- shall be deposited in this Court, on or before 20.04.2022.
(c) The respondent would be at liberty to withdraw the entire amount of Rs.5,00,000/- with accrued interest by tendering an application, under identification by the learned Advocate alongwith a recent colour photograph, copy of the Adhar Card and copy of the latest address proof.
(d) The above directions would bring the litigation between the parties to an end and the respondent would not raise any further claim, directly or indirectly, against the petitioner arising out of his employment and non-employment, before any
authority or tribunal or Court, under any Act, Ordinance, Statute, G.R., Circular, etc.

While withdrawing the amount as noted above, an amount of Rs.1,30,000/- alongwith accrued interest and Rs.3,70,000/- to be deposited in this Court, would be available to the respondent and the entire amount would be withdrawn.
