This application is for correction of name of the applicant No. 4/appellant No. 4 in the title cause of the judgment passed on 14th August, 2024 in First Appeal No. 503 of 2003. Inadvertently surname of the concerned party is typed as Calsange, it should have been Valsange. The mistake is inadvertent, as can be seen from original record. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Necessary amendment be carried out in the title cause of the concern record. The civil application is disposed of.
