ORAL ORDER :

Notice to respondents. learned A.G.P. waives service for all respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners is that, applications under Section 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code are submitted seeking permission for transfer of the lands. The same are pending since 2014. However, same are not yet decided.

3.

The learned A.G.P. states that, the applications would be decided by the authorities in accordance with law. 4.

Considering the fact that the applications under Section 36-A filed by the petitioners are pending since 2014, the competent authority shall, in case the said applications are still pending, decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today. 5.
