JUDGMENT

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

The learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondents/State.

The representations made by the petitioner dated 11-11-2021 & 22-11-2021 are pending before the

The respondent No.2 is accordingly directed to dispose of the representations within a period of eight weeks from today in accordance with law. The order that would be passed by the respondent No.2, same shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the representations are allowed, consequential benefits shall be granted to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter in accordance with law. If representations are rejected, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings available in law.

The writ petition is disposed of. Rule is made absolute in above terms.
