Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that, in fact the petitioner is employee of Zilla Parishad and therefore, proposal of petitioner need not have been forwarded to the State Government. However, since the proposal is forwarded to the Director of Primary Education, necessary directions would be issued to the Zilla Parishad to release the payment of the petitioner and petitioner would get his payment within two weeks from today.

We record said statement as undertaking to this Court and Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 913-CP-190-2024 dispose of the contempt petition by directing the respondents to disburse the amount due to the petitioner within four weeks from today.
