Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for all respondents. The petitions were dismissed for not removing the office objections and supplying the second part. It has been contended that it was an inadvertent mistake of not removing the office objections. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant takes responsibility that it is his inadvertence. It seems that the issue involved in the matter is the status of the applicant. 3.

We allow this application subject to cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Library. Writ Petition be restored to its original position.
