Writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad,, Nanded to take appropriate decision on the proposal dated 23.11.2022 received from the respondent No. 3/management for grant of approval to the petitioner's transfer as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
