DATE : 16/08/2017 PER COURT :- The petitioner assails order dated 31/12/2005 cancelling admission of the petitioner to the D.Ed. course. The petitioner had completed the Postal D.Ed. course in the year 2001-2002. The petitioner was admitted to the Postal D.Ed. course in 2000-2001. The reasons are tick-marked in a printed form. The reasons given are that the post of teacher was not vacant. The assignment is not as per roaster and the appointment is on additional post. So also there is no recommendation of the Deputy Director of Education. 2] This Court had occasion to some similar order of the even date in Writ Petition No.610/2006 under judgment and order dated 7/12/2010. In the said elaborate judgment, this Court set aside the

-2impugned order cancelling the admission of the petitioner. It is also brought to the notice that even approval was granted to the appointment of the petitioner and the petitioner was continued in employment, this Court on 14/03/2007 granted interim order in favour of the petitioner.

3] Fro the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 7/12/2010 in Writ Petition No.610/2006, the present Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". Rule accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause "A". No costs.

4] In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Application No.17233/2010 stands disposed of.
