Learned advocate for petitioners, on instructions, states that Regular Civil Suit No.88 of 2001 to the extent of plot no.203 is compromised between petitioners and contesting respondent nos.5 to 13 in the Lok Adalat held on 12.11.2022 and the said suit is partly disposed of as compromised by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Amalner, District Jalgaon vide order

dated 30.04.2023 in view of pursis Exh.566 filed by the parties. 2.

Since the order passed below Exh.470 in the aforesaid suit is challenged in the present petition, learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in the pending civil applications and the same stand disposed of.
