912,5-CP-126,9-21.odt proceedings before the committee are pending at the stage of vigilance inquiry and further state that the proceedings would be disposed of within a period of four months.

Learned counsel for contempt petitioners points out that there had been direction by this court on 9th March, 2020, to decide validation proceedings by end of June, 2020.

While it is stated that the matters are pending for vigilance, those be proceeded with expeditiously and it will be expedient that the committee will decide those at the earliest, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 4.
