By this application, during pendency of criminal revision application, the applicant is seeking suspension of sentence and grant of bail. The applicant is sentenced under Sections 420 and 467 of I.P.C. He has undergone the sentence for 15 months. Learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, submits that an amount of Rs.50,000/- is deposited by the applicant in the appellate court. 2.

In view of above, till the final disposal of criminal revision application No. 36 of 2024, the substantive part of sentence awarded by the courts below is hereby suspended and the applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount.
