Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 1338 days in filing Criminal Appeal. Appellant is the original accused No.1 who has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar, District-Nanded on 10th April 2019 in Sessions Case No.11 of 2018. Appellant has been held guilty of

cria599.23 committing offence punishable under Sections 498-a, 304-B, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the learned APP strongly opposes the application, taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in Paragraph No.2, the delay stands condoned. The Application stands allowed and disposed of.
