Present petition has been filed to issue directions to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the proposal dated 14.07.2023 in respect of the petitioner. The petitioner was seeking approval to his transfer from unaided to aided post, which proposal is submitted by the management.

After waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and taking instructions, learned AGP is making a statement that the decision on the proposal can be taken within a period of three months. 3.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the proposal [1]
