The application is filed seeking extension of time given for disposal of Sessions Case No.74 of 2014. By order made by this Court on 24th September, 2014 in Criminal Application No.4147 of 2014 this Court has directed the trial Court to dispose of the matter within four months.

Submissions are made by learned counsel for the Applicant that the applicant is behind bars in a case for offence under section 376 of I.P.C. The aforesaid order was made in the interest of the accused as he is behind

-:(2):- bars.

It appears that the learned counsel appointed by the accused is sick, he has undergone bypass surgery and due to that he is unable to attend the court for few days. Prayer is made to extend the time for disposal of Sessions Case No.74 of 2014.

In view of these circumstances, notice to learned A.P.P. It is waived by learned A.P.P. Both the sides are heard.

In the result, application is allowed. Time is extended by two months from today.
