The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, the validation proceeding is pending and same is referred to vigilance.

Considering the fact that, validation proceeding is pending, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner

2 wp 1935.18 shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05th March, 2018. Till the validation proceeding is decided, the respondent No. 3/employer shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The writ petition is accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
