1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proposal submitted by the petitioner for starting English Medium Secondary School is pending with the State Government, after recommendation is made by the Commissioner, Social Welfare, since July, 2021. 2] Learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3] In case proposal seeking permission to start English Medium School of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.1 [Page-21], then respondent no.1 shall take decision upon the said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, within six [6] months.
