The Application is filed for condonation of delay of 17 days in filing the proceedings against the judgment and order dated 2 May 2023 passed by the Family Court, Jalgaon in Petition No. E-282022, under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3.

With the assistance of the learned Advocates for the parties, I have perused the Application. In my view, a case for condonation of delay has been made out and sufficient cause for such condonation has been spelt out in the Application.

In view of the above, in the interest of justice, the delay of 17 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application needs to be condoned. Accordingly, following order is passed :

(i) The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.
