The petitioners' request is that the Reference Authority may be directed to forward the reference u/s 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for an adjudication. 2.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that the Authority is available at Aurangabad and respondent No.4 would forward the case papers of the petitioners to the competent authority within 2 weeks. khs/Sept.2022/2864

In view of the above, the petitioners are satisfied. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.4 to do the needful on or before 30.09.2022.

Considering the date of filing of the reference file, which is 30.11.2015, the authority concerned would deal with the said file considering the date on which it was filed and as expeditiously as possible.
